Our fundamental purpose is to assume responsibility for event staffing. By alleviating this enormous burden on our clients, we enable them to focus on other important components of event execution. With a primary focus on live experiential marketing events, we strive to make the entire staffing process is seamless and easy for both our clients and our Talent.

The foundation of our business model is the provision of outstanding service to clients and Talent combined with an extensive database of experienced, professional staffers throughout the country.


GC Marketing Services was founded in 2001 by Gilad Carni. After coordinating event production for a large consumer conglomerate, Gilad realized the absence of a nationwide professional staffing agency dedicated to the needs and demands of clients.

After its inception ten years ago, GC Marketing grew from a single man operation run from an apartment to a professional agency with a talented team headquartered in New York City.

From its first job staffing 10 people to 150,000 hours staffed in 2009, Gilad’s vision of success and professionalism has accompanied the agency from the beginning and will continue through its evolution and growth.
